1982: Started mixing music up on my Commodore 64 to recording radio shows and sending them to my friends in Florida. Over the years, I worked with various friends to erect a studio with reel-to-reel, 8-track, cassette, and other various forms of Linear editing equipment. Over my pre-teen and teenage years, my tech friends and I manipulated many formats, and actually broadcast real radio shows using equipment suitable for neighborhood listening via radio.

1993: I met a DJ by the name of DJ Gemini Aka Chris Pappas. Chris has been a loyal family friend that got me into mixing records and manipulating vinyl records. At this time, I had bought my first 4 channel mixer with built in sampler and 2 used Technics 1200s from “Fat Sams” an old bar I worked at. We used Mini-Disk at the time to record our sessions.

1994: Started working as a digital production assistant at Time Warner Cable through 1999 working with all facets of the broadcast industry.

1999 – 2001: I studied at the Illinois College of Broadcasting

1999 – 2009: I was lead “Multimedia Specialist” for high-end classroom technology implementation and deployment for Moraine Valley Community College.

2009 – Present: IT Support Engineer for large health information management company in the loop (Name Disclosed)

Between 1999 – Present: I DJed various clubs and bars thoughout the Chicago-land area: Zentra, Spot-6, Champs, Juniors, old Crobar, Frenzels, The Zoo, hundreds of underground house parties, and many many more.

2010: I decided to skip CDJs and go 100% high resolution digital.

2011: I started UStreaming shows from the beginning of 2011. Currently I’m well over 100 shows from my regular Wednesday night 8PM – 11? show all the way to guest DJs on weekends.
